After a bathroom sink pipe burst we had some serious water damage to four different rooms, mostly drywall and carpet soaking. We chose Stemar Restoration which was one of three recommendations offered by the Traveler's Insurance Company to do the restoration. Incidentally, Traveler's said we could use any contractor of our choice and that the recommendations were based on successful partnerships in the past. I can only say that EVERY aspect of the process, from initial contact with the insurance company to our final check to Stemar, was handled professionally and with our complete approval. The Stemar men all knew their craft, came punctually (and if they were to be late they notified us beforehand), did their work quickly and cleanly and left their job with no need for us to do any cleanup. I would have them back for future work in a New York minute and highly recommend them.
